By using Drag Brunch you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Event information
Listings come from venue calendars, performers, venues and other users, and each one is labelled with where it came from. Shows change and get cancelled, so always confirm details with the venue before you go. Ticket links take you to other sites, whose own terms apply. We aren't a party to your ticket purchase.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- One person per account. Don't create accounts to manipulate follows, saves or reports.
Claiming a performer or venue page
Only claim a page that is genuinely you or that you're authorised to manage. We verify claims before granting access and may remove access, or decline a claim, if we can't confirm it. Impersonation gets an account removed.
What you post
- You keep ownership of your photos, videos and text. You give us permission to host and display them on Drag Brunch and in the share graphics and previews it creates for your pages.
- Only post media you have the rights to, and don't tag performers in shows they aren't part of.
- No harassment, hate, threats, sexual content involving minors, spam, or illegal content. We remove it and may suspend accounts.
- To report something, use the Report link on the page. Copyright notices can be sent to hello@dragbrunch.example.
Venues
Verified venue managers can add and correct their events and confirm lineups. When a venue claims its page, artwork from its own event listings may be shown with those listings.
Tips and memberships
Where available, tips and memberships are processed by Stripe and go to the performer's Stripe account. Pricing, any platform fee, refunds and tax responsibilities will be shown before you pay. These features aren't live yet.
The service
We work hard to keep listings accurate, but Drag Brunch is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from relying on a listing, such as a cancelled show. We may change these terms and will note the date above when we do.
